From the top of Signal Hill to the bottom of Deadman’s Pond, this book offers a bird’s eye view of what makes this a great city – including the importance of making new friends with the new people we meet. The City of St. John’s has many wonderful locations to discover for people of all ages, and I am pleased to see our historic and colourful city featured in this book for children. I will certainly add it to my list to share when I visit schools to read to classes and I’m happy that you, too, are interested in the “seven wonders of St. John’s."
